Using feedback and reflection to improve your teaching
Being able to critically and masterfully engage with peer and student feedback is an integral part of being an effective teacher. In this video, various Harvard University faculty share their thoughts on the challenges and their approaches to interpreting and incorporating feedback. In doing so, they explore how they obtain feedback and how they have used said feedback to improve and become more reflective in their teaching.
